Apakah Anda Cukup Ngotot di Network-Marketing?

Salah satu kunci sukses paling utama di bisnis network-marketing adalah motivasi yang kuat. Tanpa motivasi yang kuat, seorang distributor akan mudah patah semangat selama menjalankan bisnis network-marketing. Tanpa motivasi yang kuat, seorang distributor yang mengharapkan income besar dari bisnis network-marketingnya mungkin akan menyerah jika tidak memperoleh income tersebut dalam waktu singkat.

Hampir semua sistim bisnis network-marketing memiliki sifat intrinsik berupa peningkatan income yang perlahan pada tahap awal, tapi meningkat secara signifikan setelah momentum tercapai. Itupun jika distributor tersebut menjalankan bisnisnya secara konsisten dan tekun.

Oleh karena itu, supaya dapat mencapai sukses di network-marketing, Anda harus memiliki motivasi yang sangat kuat dan pantang menyerah.

Bukan hanya di network-marketing Anda membutuhkan motivasi yang kuat. Semua orang yang telah mencapai sukses di bidangnya memiliki motovasi yang kuat dan tidak tergoyahkan.

Sukses tidak datang dengan seketika. Supaya bisa sukses, Anda harus memiliki motivasi yang kuat. Supaya bisa sukses, Anda harus ngotot mempertahankan keyakinan Anda.

Lihatlah contoh-contoh di bawah ini :

1.     Coca-cola hanya berhasil menjual 400 botol pada tahun pertama.

 

2.     Chester Carlson, penemu mesin fotokopi “Xerox” harus berjuang selama bertahun-tahun sebelum menemukan investor yang memodalinya.

 

3.     Thomas Alfa Edison harus mencoba hampir seribu kali sebelum menumukan bola lampu.

 

4.     Soichiro Honda harus berjuang bertahun-tahun sebagai insinyur sebelum menciptakan sepeda motor Honda, dan bertahun-tahun kemudian sebelum membuat mobil Honda.

 

5.     Pada saat kuliah, konsultan karir di kampus merekomendasikan Sylvester Stallone untuk menjadi seorang teknisi lift (elevator). Kalau saja ia tidak ngotot untuk mencoba nasib di Hollywood, mungkin tidak akan ada film-film Rocky & Rambo.

 

6.     Bruce Willis adalah seorang janitor (petugas kebersihan) sebelum berhasil menjadi bintang film yang sukses di Hollywood.

 

7.     Sebelum sukses, Jim Carrey dengan penuh keyakinan menulis cek senilai US$10 juta kepada dirinya sendiri untuk memotivasi diri. Beberapa tahun kemudian, Sony Entertainment membayar Jim Carrey US$20 juta untuk membintangi film “Cable Guy”.

 

8.     Deddy Corbuzier, seorang entertainer top Indonesia memulai karir dengan bayaran Rp.75 ribu untuk setiap pertunjukan. Sekarang Deddy Corbuzier memperoleh bayaran puluhan juta rupiah untuk setiap show.

 

9.     Bapak Sunarno, seorang distributor yang telah mencapai peringkat tertinggi pada sebuah perusahaan MLM nasional adalah seorang mantan pemulung yang sekarang telah mencapai income puluhan juta per bulan dari bisnis MLM-nya.

Apa persamaan orang-orang di atas??? Tak lain tak bukan adalah adanya motivasi yang kuat untuk menjadi sukses dan sikap ngotot dan pantang menyerah. Biarpun mereka belum mencapai kesuksesan yang diinginkan, mereka tidak pernah meragukan bahwa suatu hari mereka akan mencapai sukses tersebut.

Mungkin saat ini Anda belum mencapai income sebesar yang Anda inginkan.

Mungkin Anda mengharapkan income Rp.1 juta per bulan tetapi sekarang Anda masih memperoleh income Rp.50 ribu per bulan.

Mungkin Anda mengharapkan income Rp.10 juta per bulan tetapi sekarang Anda masih memperoleh income Rp.500 ribu per bulan.

Mungkin Anda mengharapkan income Rp.100 juta per bulan tetapi sekarang Anda masih memperoleh income Rp.5 juta per bulan.

Yang penting adalah :

“Apakah Anda memiliki motivasi untuk tetap berjuang di bisnis network-marketing Anda?”

“Adakah keyakinan dalam diri Anda bahwa Anda akan dapat mencapai target income yang Anda inginkan?”

Jika Anda menjawab “Ya” untuk kedua pertanyaan di atas, bagus sekali.

Berarti Anda hanya tinggal merealisasikannya dengan usaha dan ketekunan dalam menjalankan bisnis Anda.
